Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Integration Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping our customers get the most out of their integrations, proactively monitoring and solving issues, maintaining and improving existing integrations, and building new integrations
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with customers to understand their data integration needs and provide expert guidance and support
- Proactively monitor integrations to identify and resolve issues before they impact customers
- Provide timely and effective support to customers, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and technical assistance
- Maintain and improve existing integrations, ensuring that they are functioning optimally and meeting customer needs
- Build new integrations that meet customer requirements and leverage the latest technologies and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to ensure that customer needs are being met and that integrations are aligned with company goals
- Continuously improve processes and tools to enhance the customer experience and increase efficiency
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our integrations are cutting-edge and competitive
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both Dutch & English (writing & speech)
- Experience with APIs, databases, and system data connections in general
- 1+ years of experience in a technical support role or related field
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of integration platforms such as Alumio, N8N or Make
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Experience with EDI is a plus
